Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through our store are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items unless they meet the conditions outlined below.

 

Damaged or Transit-Related Issues
If your item arrives damaged or has been impacted during transit, we are here to help.

To qualify:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and videos of the damage, including packaging

Eligible resolutions:
- 50% Refund, or  
- Full Replacement of the item (at our discretion)

Note: In case of a replacement, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

Custom Orders
All custom-made items are also considered final sale.  
However, in the case of damage during transit, they will be subject to the same policy as above (50% refund or replacement, with shipping at customer’s cost).
